The Elite Force LLC provides professional security services including armed and unarmed security, executive protection, event security, church security, vehicle patrol, private investigation, and DCJS-certified security training throughout Virginia. All services are subject to availability and applicable licensing requirements.
Course enrollment is subject to availability. Full payment is required before class attendance unless otherwise arranged. Refunds may be issued up to 48 hours before the scheduled class start date. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Students must meet all DCJS prerequisites for their selected courses.
All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
Security service contracts are governed by separate service agreements executed between The Elite Force LLC and the client. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace any signed service agreement. In case of conflict, the signed service agreement shall prevail.
The Elite Force LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Elite Force LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
