By accessing our website, requesting a quote, enrolling in a training course, or signing a Master Services Agreement with The Elite Force LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and The Elite Force LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, DCJS Registration #11-XXXX. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
The Elite Force LLC provides licensed security and training services across the Commonwealth of Virginia, including but not limited to:
- Armed and unarmed security officers
- Executive protection details
- Event, faith-based, construction, retail, and concierge security
- Vehicle patrol and alarm response
- Licensed private investigations
- DCJS-certified training (01E, 02E, 04E, CHP, and in-service)
All services are performed in compliance with Virginia DCJS regulations and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Engagement & Contracts
Operational security services require a signed Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and a written Site-Specific Post Order before deployment. Site surveys are provided free of charge and create no obligation on either party. A binding engagement begins only upon execution of the MSA by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
- Recurring engagements are invoiced bi-weekly. Net 15 from invoice date.
- Event and one-time engagements require a 25% deposit upon booking; balance due net 7 after the event.
- Training tuition is due in full at enrollment. Range fees and ammunition costs (where applicable) are disclosed in the course description.
- Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Virginia law.
5. Cancellation Policy
Recurring contracts may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice. Event bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the event receive a full deposit refund; cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Training enrollment is refundable up to 7 days before the first class session, less a $50 administrative fee.
6. Training Enrollment
Training participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (16+ permitted for CHP youth class with parent/guardian consent).
- Pass a Virginia State Police background check for armed certifications.
- Complete all coursework hours required by DCJS for the applicable category.
- Pass written and (where applicable) practical examinations to receive certification.
Certification issuance is contingent on DCJS approval and is not guaranteed by enrollment or course attendance alone.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, The Elite Force LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other from third-party claims arising from its own negligent acts or omissions. Specific indemnification provisions in a signed MSA supersede this general clause.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including training curricula, post-order templates, photography, and operational frameworks — is the property of The Elite Force LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Henrico County, Virginia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
